Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries, including NZ, Australia, USA, EU, and the UK. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- New Zealand: 5–11 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–11 business days
- United Kingdom & EU: 6–14 business days

Can I return or exchange my items?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy. Returns must be at the buyer’s cost.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@miniyastore.com
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or not as described?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or misdescribed item, please contact us immediately at support@miniyastore.com. We will:
- Replace the item at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Mini Photo Printer

Does the mini printer require ink?
No. The mini printer uses ink-free thermal printing technology, so there are no cartridges to replace.
What phone devices are compatible with the printer?
The printer works with both iOS (iPhone) and Android devices via Bluetooth.
How do I print photos?
Simply connect the printer to your phone using the mobile app, choose your photo, customize it with filters or frames, and print instantly.
What size photos does the printer print?
The printer prints 3-inch (2×3) color photos, perfect for albums, journaling, and mini framing.
Is the photo paper sticky?
Yes. Our thermal photo paper includes a self-adhesive backing, so your prints can be used as stickers.

Does the mini retro camera take photos and videos?
Yes. The camera captures both photos and videos with a vintage aesthetic.
Does the camera include storage?
No, a Micro SD card is required and sold separately.
Does it have Bluetooth?
No, the mini retro camera does not have Bluetooth.
How do I charge the camera?
The camera charges via the USB-C cable included.
How do I view the photos I take?
You can preview your photos and videos directly on the built-in 1.77-inch display screen. For full viewing, storage, or transferring files, photos and videos are saved to a Micro SD card (sold separately), which you can insert into a computer or phone adapter to view, share, or backup.
Frequently asked question
No. Photos from the mini retro camera cannot be printed directly. You’ll need to transfer the photo to your phone via the Micro SD card and then print it using the mini printer app.

Yes. Extra 3-inch thermal sticker photo paper is available and compatible with the mini printer.
